Track Your Phantom Spawn Timer and Sleep Before Insomnia Strikes

Enable the Phantom Timer on Your HUD

The Phantom Timer is a live countdown that shows exactly when phantoms will spawn if you don't sleep. This stat automatically changes color as the danger window approaches, giving you a visual warning system.

1. Open the stats menu with /nixstats

2. Click + Add Stat to open the visual picker

3. Navigate to the Phantom Timer category

4. Select the insomnia countdown tracker

5. Click Save to display it on your screen

Position and Monitor the Timer

Once active, the timer counts down in real time. The color shift warns you before phantoms spawn—typically changing from safe green to urgent red as the threshold approaches.

• Drag the timer to a visible corner using position mode
• Adjust text size and HUD scale in customization settings if the numbers are hard to read
• Check the timer regularly during long play sessions without sleeping
• When the timer reaches critical levels, find a bed and sleep to reset insomnia

The timer syncs with your actual insomnia counter, so you can trust it completely on both single-player and multiplayer servers.
