Verify Which Mods Are Translated in Your Setup

Check Mod Compatibility

Nippon Universal Script Mod supports dozens of popular mods, but not every mod in your instance will have translations. To identify which mods are covered:

1. Load your world with Japanese language enabled

2. Open the inventory and examine item tooltips—translated mods will show Japanese text in descriptions and statistics

3. Access any mod guidebooks or manuals (usually found in creative tabs or as craftable items)—guidebook pages will display in Japanese if that mod is supported

4. Check in-game menus and interfaces for mods you use frequently

Identify Untranslated Content

If a mod's interface, tooltips, or guidebook entries remain in English, that mod is not yet included in the translation pack. The mod updates regularly to add coverage for additional mods across modern Minecraft versions.

Untranslated mods will continue functioning normally—only supported mods receive Japanese text replacements. You can still use untranslated mods alongside translated ones without issues.
