Set Up Japanese Text Display for Your Modded World
Enable Japanese Language in Game Settings
Once Nippon Universal Script Mod is installed in your mods folder, you need to activate Japanese text rendering in Minecraft itself.
1.
2. Open Options from the main menu
3. Select Language (often shown as a globe icon)
4. Scroll through the language list and select 日本語 (Japanese)
5. Confirm your selection—the menu will immediately refresh with Japanese text
6. Return to the main menu
Load Your World
Once Japanese is set as your active language, all supported mod interfaces, item tooltips, and guidebook entries will display in Japanese automatically. There is no additional configuration needed.
If you switch back to English in Language settings, translations will revert to English text. You can toggle between languages at any time without restarting your world.
Note: Some elements like mod names, keybinds, and firearm model numbers intentionally remain in English for clarity and searchability.
