Using Pastel End Stone in Your Build

Preparing Your Build Area

Locate or mine End Stone blocks in the End dimension. With this resource pack installed, all End Stone will now display in soft pastel pink tones instead of the default yellowish-green. The blocks function identically to vanilla End Stone—they retain their original hardness, mining speed, and behavior.

Building with Pastel End Stone

Place End Stone blocks as you normally would. The pastel pink aesthetic works well for:

  • Dreamy bases – The soft coloring creates a calming atmosphere for residential structures
  • Decorative walls and floors – Pair with other End blocks like Purpur or End Rods for contrast
  • Accent details – Use sparingly to highlight architectural features
  • Themed gardens – Combine with plants and lighting for a fantasy or magical aesthetic

The block's shape and texture remain unchanged; only the color palette shifts to pastels. This means it blends seamlessly with vanilla building mechanics and other blocks.

Tips for Best Results

Test the color in different lighting conditions. Pastel tones can appear different under torchlight versus natural light. Consider your build's overall color scheme—the soft pink pairs well with whites, purples, and cool-toned blocks.
