Create and Organize Your First Playlist

Open the Music Player

Press the designated music player key (default binding varies by installation) to open the in-game player interface. You'll see your available music sorted by namespace from your loaded resource packs.

Create a New Playlist

Look for the playlist creation option in the player menu. Select "Create Playlist" and give it a name—something like "Chill Builds" or "Mining Soundtrack" works well. The playlist will appear in your playlist list.

Add Tracks to Your Playlist

Browse your music library organized by namespace. Select individual tracks and choose "Add to Playlist," then pick the playlist you just created. You can add as many songs as you want.

Arrange Your Songs

Once tracks are in your playlist, you can reorder them by selecting a song and using the move up/down options. This lets you control the flow—put energetic tracks together or build a narrative arc through your playlist.

Save and Play

Your playlist saves automatically. Select it from the playlist menu and hit play to start listening while you build, mine, or explore.
