Making Bee Deaths Look Correct With the Fixed Animation
What the death animation fix does
When a bee dies in vanilla, the death animation can look wrong, with the bee not flipping upside down the way other mobs do. This mod corrects the animation so a dying bee rolls onto its back properly, matching the behavior you would expect from the rest of the game's mobs.
When you will notice it
You will see the corrected animation any time a bee dies near you, whether from a player attack, a mob, fall damage, or environmental causes. It is purely visual, so it does not change drops, breeding, or honey production. If you run a bee farm and cull bees, or if you fight bees in the wild, the death sequence will now read clearly instead of glitching.
Checking that it is working
1. Find or spawn a bee in a safe, well-lit spot.
2. Defeat it and watch the death animation. The bee should tip onto its back rather than freezing or rotating oddly.
3. If the animation still looks broken, confirm the mod is loaded and that no other mod is overriding bee rendering.
This is a cosmetic fix, so there is nothing to configure. It simply makes bee deaths consistent with the rest of the game's mobs, which matters if you record gameplay or just prefer clean visuals.
