Understanding Compatibility Badges

NCL Skins Mod displays compatibility information so you know which character customization mods and features will work with your current look.

What the Badges Tell You

1. Open your look library and select a preset

2. Look for compatibility badges near the preview—these indicate support for mods like Ears, Fresh Moves, and Just Expressions

3. A badge means that mod's features (custom ears, animations, expressions) will display correctly with your skin and model choice

4. If a badge is missing or grayed out, that mod's features may not render properly with your current setup

Before You Save

If you plan to use character customization mods on a server or in multiplayer, check the badges before finalizing your look. This ensures other players see your character as intended and that your custom features display without conflicts. The mod scans your installed mods automatically, so badges update based on what you have loaded.
