About Natural Motion Blur

Natural Motion Blur simulates human-like motion blur by blending frames together. This reduces stroboscopic effects and makes movement appear smoother and more fluent.

Configuration

You can toggle blur on or off through the config or with the /motionblur or /mb commands. A separate F5 blur toggle controls whether blur applies in third-person view.

Adjusting the Effect

Blur strength adjusts the intensity of the effect. Sample amount controls how many frames are blended, with more frames producing smoother motion. Blur method selection lets you choose between different blending methods for customization.

Notes

This is a small, single-purpose mod focused entirely on motion blur. There are no items, recipes, or world content to learn. If the effect feels too strong or too subtle, adjust strength and sample amount together until movement looks natural to you.
