Resizing Nametags

If nametags are too small to read comfortably or take up too much screen space, you can scale them to a size that works for you.

Adjusting Nametag Size

1. Open your Nametag Tweaks configuration file

2. Find the scale or size setting

3. Modify the value:

• Higher values make nametags larger and easier to read
• Lower values make them smaller and less intrusive
• Most mods use decimal multipliers (e.g., 0.8 = 80% size, 1.5 = 150% size)

4. Save and reload your world

When to Adjust

Increase nametag size if:

• You play on high-resolution displays where text appears tiny
• You have vision accessibility needs
• You're managing many named entities at once

Decrease size if:

• Nametags obstruct your view in combat
• You prefer a cleaner, less cluttered interface
• You're playing on smaller screens

Scale changes apply immediately in most cases, so you can experiment without restarting.
