How to Use the Experience Magnet and Miner's Soul While Mining

Mining is where a lot of XP and ore comes from, and this mod has trinkets that make the grind smoother. The Experience Magnet pulls XP orbs to you, and the Miner's Soul is a mining-focused trinket. Together they turn a long branch mine into a fast XP farm.

Setting Up the Experience Magnet

Equip the Experience Magnet in a trinket slot. While equipped, XP orbs dropped by ores and mobs will fly toward you from a distance instead of sitting on the ground. This means you do not have to walk over every orb, and you can keep mining while XP flows in. If you also have the Experience Battery, the XP gets banked automatically.

Using the Miner's Soul

Equip the Miner's Soul while mining. Depending on the version, it grants effects like haste, night vision, or improved ore drops. Mine as normal and let the trinket do its work. If it grants night vision, you can skip torches in explored areas and save inventory space.

Tips

• Bring a silk touch pickaxe for ores you want to keep intact.
• Combine with a luck trinket for better ore and gem drops.
• If you are farming XP specifically, mine redstone, lapis, and coal, which drop the most XP per block.
• Keep the Magnet equipped even when not mining; it helps during mob fights too.
