Understanding Custom Stats and Attributes in Your Mods
What Are Custom Stats?
Custom stats are player-facing numerical values that mods can add to track progression, power, or special mechanics. Mythic Lib provides the framework for mods to define and manage these stats without requiring you to do anything—the dependent mods handle the heavy lifting.
How to See Your Stats
When a mod using Mythic Lib adds custom stats (like "Mana," "Crit Chance," or "Spell Power"), they typically appear in:
- Character screens or inventory tabs added by the mod
- HUD overlays displayed while playing
- Tooltips when hovering over items
Stats are usually modified by:
- Equipping gear with stat bonuses
- Leveling up or completing quests
- Consuming potions or buffs
- Spending skill points
Checking Mod Documentation
Since Mythic Lib is a library, the specific stats available depend entirely on which mods you have installed. Check each mod's individual guide to learn what stats they add and how to increase them. Stats work together across mods—a piece of armor from one mod can boost stats used by another.
