Set up a DKZ7 train line with working destination displays
Creating the rail route
First, lay down your rail tracks using the MTR3 system. Plan your stations and connect them with a continuous rail line. The DKZ7 train will follow standard MTR3 rail mechanics, so ensure your tracks are properly aligned and supported.
Configuring the train and displays
Place a DKZ7 train on your completed line. Access the train's configuration menu (typically by right-clicking or using the MTR3 interface). Set your destination names for each station on the line.
The front destination board will automatically display the train's current destination. To customize what appears on the board, input the station names into the train's destination list in the correct order.
Testing the system
Send the train along the route. Watch the front display update as it approaches each station. The destination board should show the next stop clearly. If displays aren't updating, verify that:
- All stations are properly named in the train configuration
- The train has a valid route assigned
- No blocks are obstructing the display rendering
Once working, passengers boarding at any station will see accurate destination information on both exterior and interior screens.
