Disable Aim Assistance for Specific Tasks
When You Might Want to Turn It Off
While aim assistance helps most players, some tasks benefit from manual aiming—like precise block placement, redstone contraption building, or detailed construction work where you need exact crosshair positioning.
Toggling the Feature
Check your mod settings for a toggle or keybind to enable/disable aim assistance on demand. Some configurations allow you to turn it off entirely, while others let you bind a key to switch it on and off mid-game.
Selective Disabling
If your mod supports it, you may be able to disable assistance for specific block types or situations. For example, you could keep it active for mining but disable it for building.
Testing Without Reinstalling
Before uninstalling the mod, try disabling it through settings first. This lets you compare your aiming experience and decide if you want to keep the feature active for your next session.
Most players find a middle ground: keeping assistance on for gathering and combat, but toggling it off when precision matters.
