Controlling Mob Griefing with More MobGriefing Options

Toggling Mob Griefing Per Mob

More MobGriefing Options adds a dedicated options menu for controlling whether individual mobs and creatures can grief the world. Instead of relying on the single vanilla mobGriefing game rule, you can decide per mob type whether its destructive behavior is allowed.

Open the mod's options menu and look for the list of griefing-capable mobs. Each entry can be switched on or off. Disabling a mob stops it from damaging or altering blocks — for example, a disabled creeper will no longer blow up your base, and a disabled Enderman will no longer pick up or place blocks. Re-enabling an entry restores its normal behavior.

Because the mod works through simple commands and menu toggles, you can adjust settings at any time without rebuilding anything. This lets you keep the mobs you enjoy while removing the ones that keep wrecking your builds.
