How to Farm Multiple Dragon Eggs by Respawning the Ender Dragon

The core loop of this mod is simple: kill the Ender Dragon, and a new egg appears on the exit portal each time. The first kill behaves like vanilla, but every subsequent respawn-and-kill gives you another egg.

Step-by-step farming loop

1. Defeat the Ender Dragon in the End as normal.

2. Collect the dragon egg from the top of the exit portal (piston trick or torch trick still works).

3. Place four End Crystals on the exit portal's bedrock frame to respawn the dragon.

4. Kill the dragon again. A fresh egg spawns on the portal.

5. Repeat as many times as you want eggs.

Important caveats

  • Do not use the /kill command on the dragon. The mod only triggers the extra egg when the dragon is defeated through normal combat. A command kill skips the egg spawn entirely.
  • Bring enough End Crystals (or the materials to craft them) before you start, since each respawn consumes four.
  • Clear the area around the portal before each fight so the egg doesn't get knocked into the void or covered by leftover blocks.
  • If you're farming for decoration, stockpile eggs somewhere safe — they're fragile and can be pushed off ledges by pistons or explosions.
