Refresh Cloud Layers After World Changes

When Clouds Need Updating

More Cloud Layers Mod regenerates cloud positions and properties when you join a world, travel through portals, or sleep in a bed. These events trigger the mod to recalculate cloud layers, ensuring they match your current configuration and world state.

Methods to Refresh Clouds

Sleep in a bed: The simplest way to refresh clouds without leaving your world. Clouds will regenerate with updated positions and speeds.

Travel through a portal: Use the Nether or End portal to trigger a refresh. When you return to the Overworld, clouds will have been recalculated.

Rejoin your world: Exit to the main menu and reload your world. This performs a full cloud reset.

Why Refresh?

Refreshing becomes necessary after changing mod settings, updating the mod version, or if clouds appear frozen or incorrectly positioned. A refresh ensures all layers display with correct spacing, speed, and visual properties.

Use these methods whenever you notice cloud behavior doesn't match your configuration or after making changes to mod settings.
