Map Out Your World

Exploration advancements reward visiting specific biomes, structures, and landmarks. Start by traveling in different directions from your spawn point, documenting unique locations as you find them.

Visit Key Locations

Prioritize discovering:

• All biome types: Travel through forests, deserts, mountains, swamps, oceans, and rare biomes. Each biome visit may trigger advancements.
• Generated structures: Locate villages, temples, mansions, strongholds, and other structures. The mod often includes advancements for finding multiple structure types.
• Specific landmarks: Search for unique natural formations or mod-added locations that serve as advancement triggers.

Track Discoveries

Use your advancements menu to identify which locations you've visited and which remain undiscovered. Create waypoints or mark maps for biomes you haven't reached yet. Some advancements may require visiting locations under specific conditions—during certain times or with particular items in your inventory.

Optimize Exploration

Use boats, horses, or elytra to travel faster between locations. Consider building a nether tunnel network for quick access to distant areas. The mod rewards thorough exploration, so don't skip smaller biomes or out-of-the-way structures.
