Finding and Activating Sift Portals

Entering the Sift Dimension

Sift portals spawn as ruined structures throughout the Overworld. Search across different terrain types until you locate one of these damaged portal frames.

Once found, repair the portal by replacing any missing frame blocks around its edges. You'll need to gather the appropriate block type to complete the structure.

After the frame is fully repaired, ignite it using flint and steel or fire. The portal will activate and begin glowing with energy, creating a gateway to the Sift dimension.

Step through the activated portal to enter this mysterious realm. Inside, you'll encounter four distinct biomes: rocky Sift Stone Fields, the dense Singers Forest, the specialized Carapace biome, and open Wild Meadows. Explore these areas to find Charoite ore and encounter the dimension's unique mobs and wildlife.
