Unlocking New Entries and Pages in a Modonomicon Book

Why entries are hidden

Modonomicon books can gate entries behind conditions. An entry may only appear after you obtain a certain item, reach a location, complete a prior entry, or trigger a game event. This is why a fresh book often shows only a few categories while the rest look empty or locked.

How to reveal content

1. Play the mod normally and pick up the items the book references. Simply having an item in your inventory is a common unlock trigger.

2. Read earlier entries fully. Some later pages unlock only after you turn past a specific page in a prerequisite entry.

3. Visit relevant biomes or dimensions if the mod ties entries to exploration.

4. Craft or use a machine the book mentions; interacting with it can flip the unlock flag.

Checking progress

Reopen the book after each milestone. Newly unlocked entries usually appear immediately in their category, sometimes with a highlight. If an entry still will not show, revisit the prerequisite entry and make sure you have actually viewed every page, not just opened it.

If nothing unlocks

Confirm you are reading the book from the correct mod, and that you have not disabled the entry in the mod's configuration. Some packs intentionally hide entries until a later stage.
