Once you've selected your room, place down chests along the walls to keep them organized by category—one for tools, one for building blocks, one for food. Position your crafting table and furnace near your chests for efficient workflow. Leave the center of the room clear for movement.

Securing Your Base

If playing on a multiplayer server or in a shared world, consider adding a door to your chosen room for privacy. The mansion's large glass windows provide visibility but limited protection; you can add curtains using wool or banners for privacy without blocking light entirely. Stock your bed with a sleeping area and keep emergency supplies like food and healing items nearby.
