Adjust Individual Mod Sound Volumes Without Affecting Game Audio
Why Use Per-Mod Volume Control
Minecraft's default sound settings only let you adjust broad categories like "Master," "Music," and "Ambient." This mod bypasses that limitation, letting you fine-tune each mod independently without touching your overall game volume.
Open the Mod Sound Panel
Go to Settings > Music & Sound Options and click the button added by this mod. You'll see a list of every mod currently installed that produces sounds.
Adjust Each Mod's Volume
For each mod, use its individual slider to set the volume to your preference. You might want some mods louder (like important notification sounds) and others quieter (like ambient background effects). Each adjustment is independent—lowering one mod's volume won't affect others.
Test Your Settings
Close the menu and play normally. Trigger sounds from different mods to ensure your volume levels feel balanced. Return to the menu anytime to make further adjustments. Your settings persist across game sessions.
