How to Customize and Get the Most Out of the Loading Screen
Adjust What You See
The mod enhances the default loading screen with a cleaner layout and per-mod progress. Depending on your setup, options may be available in the mod's config file or an in-game config menu. Look for settings controlling how much detail is shown, whether mod names are listed, and how the progress bars are displayed. Toggling verbose mode gives more entries but a busier screen; a compact mode is easier to read at a glance.
Make It Useful for Troubleshooting
Keep the detailed view enabled while you are adding or updating mods, since it shows exactly where startup stalls. Once your pack is stable, you can switch to a simpler view if you prefer a cleaner look. The screen is most valuable during the first few launches after a change.
Pair It With Good Habits
Use the loading screen alongside your log file. The screen shows the order and timing; the log shows errors. When you add mods, add them in small batches and relaunch so the loading screen clearly shows each new entry. If startup suddenly slows or crashes, the newest names on the list are the first place to look.
