Enable and Disable Specific Mob Variants

Access the Configuration Menu

Run the command /function mo-var:config in your world. This opens the Mo-Variants configuration interface where you can control which variants spawn in your world.

Toggle Individual Variants

Navigate through the config menu to find the list of all available mob variants organized by category: Normal, Ambient, Bosses, and Seasonal. Each variant has a toggle option—select it to enable or disable spawning for that specific mob type.

Adjust Spawn Rates

Beyond simply enabling or disabling variants, the config menu also allows you to customize spawn rates. This means you can make rare variants more common, or reduce the frequency of variants you find too challenging or annoying.

Save Your Settings

Confirm your changes through the menu. Your customization settings will persist across game sessions, so you only need to configure this once unless you want to make adjustments later.

This flexibility lets you tailor the mod experience to your preferred difficulty and encounter frequency.
