Make Combat Animations Look More Impactful
Open Combat Settings
Press G to bring up the Mo' Bends menu and navigate to the combat or action animation section.
Enable and Customize Attack Effects
Look for options that control:
- Sword swing trails — enable visual effects that follow your blade during attacks. You can adjust trail color, thickness, and duration
- Punch animations — increase the wind-up and follow-through to make melee hits feel heavier
- Bow drawing — customize how your character pulls back the bowstring and the speed of the draw animation
- Attack speed responsiveness — adjust how quickly animations play based on your actual attack speed
Test Your Changes
Fight some mobs in a controlled environment to see how the animations feel. Sword trails should be visible when you swing, and punches should have a satisfying weight to them.
Fine-Tune as Needed
If effects feel too exaggerated or too subtle, return to the menu and adjust the intensity sliders. Combat should feel both visually impressive and responsive to your inputs.
