How to Assign Key Binds, Commands, and Creative Actions to MineMenu Slots

Opening the Configuration

MineMenu is configured through its own menu editor rather than a plain config file. Open the radial menu, then look for an edit or settings option (often reachable by holding a modifier or via a dedicated configure key). This opens the slot editor where each position on the wheel can be defined.

Choosing an Action Type

Each slot accepts one of several action types:

  • Key bind — triggers another mod's or vanilla key bind, letting you consolidate many hotkeys onto one wheel.
  • Command — runs a chat command as if you typed it. Do not include the leading slash if the field expects a raw command; test it to confirm.
  • Creative function — quick access to creative-mode utilities.

Filling a Slot

Select the slot, pick the action type, then enter the target (the key bind name, the command text, or the function). Give the slot a label and, if supported, an icon so you can recognise it at a glance. Save the profile.

Testing

Close the editor and open the menu in normal play. Trigger each slot to confirm it fires correctly. If a command needs a specific permission level or game mode, verify it works in that context before relying on it.
