Use Custom Skins and Resource Packs with Your Pony

Preparing Your Resource Pack

The mod supports custom textures through standard Minecraft resource packs. Create or download a resource pack that includes ponified textures for your chosen pony type.

Installing the Resource Pack

1. Place your resource pack .zip file in your resourcepacks folder (located in your .minecraft directory)

2. Open Minecraft and go to Options → Resource Packs

3. Find your pony resource pack and move it to the active list

4. Confirm the changes

Customizing Armor Appearance

The mod allows armor pieces to display on your pony model with custom textures. If your resource pack includes ponified armor textures, they'll automatically apply to your equipped armor. You can layer multiple resource packs for different effects.

HD Skins Support

The mod includes support for HD (high-resolution) skins through its dedicated server. If you've uploaded an HD skin to the mod's server, it will display on your pony model at higher detail than standard skins. Check the mod's official resources for skin upload instructions.
