Break Glass Panes and Collect Them

Mining Glass Panes

Glass panes, both standard and colored variants, can now be broken and collected just like solid glass blocks. Left-click any glass pane to break it and receive it as a drop.

Why This Matters

Glass panes are commonly used for:

• Windows and window frames
• Decorative railings
• Thin wall details
• Architectural accents

Previously, breaking panes without silk touch would result in no drops, making it difficult to relocate or reuse pane-based structures.

Harvesting Tips

When dismantling pane structures:

• Break panes systematically to avoid losing drops
• Collect drops promptly to prevent despawning
• Use this to salvage glass panes from existing builds for relocation or repurposing

The mod treats all glass pane variants identically, so colored panes drop just as reliably as standard ones.
