Finding Hidden Rooftop Access Points
Locating Rooftop Entrances
Not every skyscraper has an obvious interior staircase. Many buildings in Midtown Manhattan City require you to find creative entry points to reach the top.
Search the building perimeter. Walk around the base of tall structures and look for alleyways, service doors, or fire escapes. Some buildings have multiple entry points on different sides.
Check for interior courtyards. Larger complexes often have enclosed spaces between buildings. These courtyards may contain stairs or ladders that lead upward.
Look for maintenance areas. Service shafts, elevator rooms, and utility spaces sometimes provide vertical access that bypasses locked main entrances.
Reaching Inaccessible Roofs
If a building appears sealed, consider parkour techniques. Use nearby structures, ledges, and architectural features to climb higher. Jump between adjacent rooftops or use lower buildings as stepping stones to reach taller ones.
Some rooftops connect via bridges or walkways that aren't immediately visible from street level. Explore the upper levels of neighboring buildings to find these connections.
Always carry blocks with you—you can place them to create temporary platforms if you get stuck during a climb.
