Monitor Your Rest Meter and Fatigue

Reading Your Rest Status

The mod adds a rest meter to your screen that shows how tired you are and how well-rested you've been. This replaces the simple bed mechanic with a full tracking system.

How to Use It:

1. Look at your screen—the rest meter displays your current fatigue level

2. When the meter is low, your character is well-rested and performing at their best

3. As you play and don't sleep, the meter fills up, indicating growing tiredness

4. Check the meter regularly to know when you need to rest

5. After sleeping, the meter updates to show your new rest status

Interpreting the Feedback

The rest meter gives you visual feedback about your sleep quality. A positive status means you slept well; a negative one indicates bad dreams or poor rest. Pay attention to the messages and icons that appear—they tell you whether your last sleep was beneficial or harmful. This system encourages you to maintain good sleeping habits and build proper beds rather than sleeping anywhere.
