Survive Your First Shift and Reach Morning
The First Night Basics
Your first shift is relatively forgiving—fewer animatronics, slower movement, and more power available. Use this time to learn the office layout, identify all camera angles, and understand which doors matter most. Don't panic; the difficulty ramps gradually.
Hour-by-Hour Survival
Each shift progresses through distinct phases. Early hours are calm—use them to complete tasks and build power reserves. Mid-shift brings increased activity; threats multiply and movement accelerates. Final hours are intense; stay alert and keep doors locked. The clock is your lifeline; watch it count toward morning.
Managing Stress and Focus
Don't try to monitor everything simultaneously. Rotate between cameras methodically. When threats appear, focus narrowly on that area and the doors it threatens. Brief tunnel vision is better than scattered attention.
Reaching the Morning Bell
Survival is your only goal—you don't need to complete every task or maintain perfect power. If dawn approaches and you're still alive, you've succeeded. The morning bell signals safety; all animatronics retreat. Take the victory and prepare for the next, harder shift knowing what to expect.
