Fix Overlapping Text in Menus
Identify the Problem
If text in your menus, world selection screen, or server list appears cut off or overlapping, this may be due to resolution scaling or font size settings conflicting with the Midnight Echo Interface design.
Adjust Display Settings
Open your Minecraft Settings and check:
- GUI Scale — try increasing or decreasing this value to see if text renders more clearly. A smaller GUI scale can prevent overlap in dense menus
- Text Rendering — some mods allow you to toggle text smoothing or shadow effects that might help readability
Check Mod-Specific Options
Within the Midnight Echo Interface settings, look for text layout or spacing options. Some versions include:
- Font size adjustments for menus and chat
- Text alignment settings for the server list and world selection
- Padding or margin controls to give text more breathing room
Test and Adjust
After making changes, navigate through different menus to confirm text displays properly. If problems persist, try resetting your GUI scale to default and then making smaller adjustments. Restarting your game may also help the interface render correctly.
