Mute Medieval Music Without Uninstalling
Use In-Game Audio Controls
The simplest way to silence Medieval Music Mod temporarily is through Minecraft's native sound settings. Open Options > Music & Sound and locate the music volume slider. Lower it to mute all music, including the mod's tracks.
Disable via Mod Configuration
For more permanent control without removing the mod:
1. Access your mod configuration folder (usually .minecraft/config)
2. Find the Medieval Music Mod config file
3. Set the enabled option to false or toggle music off
4. Save and restart your game
Selective Biome Control
If you want medieval music in some areas but not others, check the mod's config for biome-specific settings. You can often whitelist or blacklist specific biomes, so music only plays where you want it.
This approach keeps the mod installed for when you want it back, without cluttering your audio or requiring reinstallation.
