Playing Media in Your World

Basic Playback Setup

MediaPlayer Mod lets you display videos and play audio directly in Minecraft. Start by summoning a video display entity with /summon mediaplayer:video, which places a media screen in your world that you can interact with.

To play video content, use /mediaplayer video. For audio-only playback, use /mediaplayer audio instead. Both commands will begin playback of your media files using the mod's built-in decoder.

The mod supports common video and audio formats through ffmpeg integration and uses hardware acceleration on 64-bit Windows to maintain smooth performance. When you're done, run /mediaplayer clear to stop all active media streams at once.
