Navigate the Maze Without Getting Lost

Mark Your Path

The maze corridors are vast and easy to lose track of. Use torches or other blocks to mark passages you've already explored. Place them on walls or ground in a pattern you'll recognize—this prevents backtracking through dead ends and saves precious time and hunger.

Identify Open Passages

Look for gaps in the stone walls that lead forward. The maze has multiple routes; some dead-end while others connect to new sectors. Test passages carefully and note which directions lead toward unexplored territory. Listen for ambient sounds that might indicate open areas ahead.

Use the Sectors as Landmarks

Each zone outside the corridors contains monument pieces and loot chests. Once you locate a sector, use it as a reference point to orient yourself within the maze. Return to known sectors if you become disoriented, then plan your next exploration route from there.

Manage Your Time

Don't wander aimlessly—the maze is designed to be challenging. Set mental checkpoints: explore one direction thoroughly, mark it, then backtrack and try another route. This systematic approach prevents exhaustion and keeps your hunger bar manageable.
