Troubleshooting: Smite Not Working on Your Weapons

Verify Both Mods Are Installed

Smite only appears on weapons when both Marium's Soulslike Weaponry AND Spellblades and Such are active. Check your mods folder and launcher to confirm both are loaded. If either mod is missing or disabled, the Smite effect will not function.

Check Your Weapon

Make sure you're holding one of the six Smite-enabled weapons:

• Silver Sword
• Moonlight Shortsword
• Kirkhammer
• Holy Moonlight Sword
• Dawnbreaker
• Bluemoon Shortsword

Other weapons from Marium's Soulslike Weaponry won't have Smite unless this data pack modifies them.

Reload Your World

If you recently installed the data pack, restart your Minecraft world or server. The pack needs to load when the world initializes to apply the Smite enchantments to weapons.

Confirm Mod Compatibility

Ensure both mods are compatible with your Minecraft version. Mismatched versions between the two mods can prevent features from working correctly.
