Set Up Mandalas GUI KOTS Compat in Your Modpack

Prerequisites

Before using this compatibility pack, you must have MandalasGUI Modded Darkmode v4.6 or later installed as your base resource pack. This pack extends that foundation and will not function without it.

Installation Steps

1. Load the base pack first: Ensure MandalasGUI Modded Darkmode is active in your resource pack list (it should appear above any other GUI packs).

2. Add the KOTS Compat pack: Place the Mandalas GUI KOTS Compat pack into your resource packs folder.

3. Activate in order: Open your resource pack menu and move KOTS Compat to sit directly below or alongside the base Mandalas GUI pack. The load order matters—the base pack must be present.

4. Test a modded screen: Open any supported mod's interface (Create machine, Let's Do cooking pot, or Farmer's Delight station). The dark theme should apply immediately.

Troubleshooting

If screens still appear bright or textures look broken, verify that the base MandalasGUI pack is active. Reload your resource packs by pressing F3 + T (or your client's equivalent) to refresh textures.
