Getting Started with Majestic Boss Proclamations

Basic Setup

This mod displays dramatic text banners during key moments in your world. Once installed, it automatically triggers announcements when you light campfires, set spawn points, defeat boss mobs, complete raids, or unlock waystones.

Banners appear with accompanying sound effects and fade naturally without blocking gameplay. You can toggle specific event types on or off through the config using the format <namespace>:trigger_id to blacklist unwanted triggers.

For deeper customization, use data packs to define custom trigger events and visual banner styles. Banner appearance files go in /assets/<namespace>/smb_styles/ and trigger configurations in /data/<namespace>/smb_triggers/. The mod integrates with popular mods like Waystones, Bonfires, and Apotheosis for expanded event support.
