Schedule Maintenance to Start and End Automatically

Enable Scheduled Maintenance

Instead of manually toggling maintenance mode, you can schedule it to activate and deactivate at specific times.

1. Open your mod configuration file

2. Find the scheduling section (often labeled schedule or maintenance-schedule)

3. Set your maintenance start time in 24-hour format (e.g., 14:30 for 2:30 PM)

4. Set your maintenance end time (e.g., 16:00 for 4:00 PM)

5. Specify the timezone your server uses

6. Enable the schedule setting and save

7. Restart your server to apply changes

What Happens During Scheduled Maintenance

When the start time arrives, maintenance mode activates automatically. Players not on the whitelist will be kicked with your custom message. At the end time, maintenance mode deactivates and all players can rejoin normally.

You can still manually override scheduled maintenance by toggling it on or off through commands or config changes. Check your server logs to confirm scheduling is working correctly.
