Identifying Performance Issues

If your game stutters, lags, or runs slowly when the Stormbreaker mace is visible on screen, your computer may struggle with the detailed model. This is especially common on older systems or when playing with other resource packs.

Choosing the Right Version

The pack includes two versions: the standard detailed Stormbreaker model and an optimized lightweight version. Both maintain the legendary weapon appearance, but the optimized version uses fewer polygons and simpler textures.

Switching Versions

Disable the current pack in your resource pack menu, then enable the alternative version. Test your performance in-game by equipping the mace and moving around while attacking mobs. If frame rates improve noticeably, keep the optimized version active.

You can switch between versions anytime without losing progress—it's purely a visual change. Choose based on your computer's capabilities and your preference for visual detail versus smooth gameplay.
