Troubleshoot Mace Color Not Showing Correctly

Verify Resource Pack Installation

If your maces appear grey or don't change color when enchanted:

1. Check that the resource pack is enabled in your resource pack menu

2. Ensure it is positioned above any other texture packs in the load order

3. Restart your game after enabling or reordering packs

Compatibility Notes

This pack works only with vanilla mace models. If you're using texture packs that modify mace appearance—especially packs that make maces 3D or change their size—the color indicators may not display correctly or may conflict with those changes.

Disable conflicting texture packs and use only this resource pack for mace textures. The pack preserves the vanilla weapon shape intentionally to avoid these conflicts. If colors still don't appear after restart, verify your game version matches the pack's intended version.
