How to Craft Macaw's Paths and Pavings Blocks

Finding the Recipes

Macaw's Paths and Pavings blocks are crafted in a standard crafting table. The mod does not add a special workstation, so any crafting grid works. Open your recipe book and search for the block name you want, or browse the mod's recipe category if your recipe viewer supports it.

Basic Crafting Pattern

Most path and paving blocks follow a simple pattern: place the base material in a row or square, then combine it with the pattern ingredient. For example, flagstone variants typically use the base stone plus a shaping ingredient, while path variants are often made by converting a full paving block into a thinner path version.

Converting Between Variants

Once you have a base paving block, you can usually craft related variants from it. Slabs are made by placing the block in a horizontal row of the crafting grid. Stairs follow the standard stair recipe shape. Path versions are often a one-to-one conversion from the full block, letting you swap between a full paving and a path without losing material.

Practical Tips

• Keep a stack of the base stone (andesite, blackstone, etc.) on hand so you can mass-produce variants.
• Use a recipe viewer like JEI or REI to see every output at a glance.
• Batch-craft slabs and stairs together so you do not run back and forth to the crafting table.
