Layer the Nyan Cat Pack with Other Resource Packs

Understanding Pack Priority

Resource packs load in a specific order—packs higher in your list override those below. If you want the Nyan Cat hotbar to display while using another pack for different textures (like blocks or mobs), position the Nyan Cat pack strategically in your resource pack list.

Organizing Your Pack Order

Open Options > Resource Packs and you'll see your active packs listed. Drag the Nyan Cat pack above any other packs that might also modify GUI textures. This ensures the colorful hotbar and cat graphic take priority. If you want another pack's features to show instead, move the Nyan Cat pack below it.

Testing Compatibility

After reordering, reload textures with F3+T and check your hotbar. The Nyan Cat design should display correctly alongside your other packs' textures. If conflicts occur (missing textures or overlapping elements), try adjusting the pack order again. Most packs are designed to coexist, but some may require specific positioning to work harmoniously.
