Customize Your Hotbar Colors to Match Your Playstyle

Accessing the Resource Pack Files

Resource packs are stored as folders or .zip files in your resourcepacks folder. Locate it in your Minecraft directory, then find the Nyan Cat pack folder. Inside, navigate to assets/minecraft/textures/gui/ where the hotbar image files are stored.

Editing Hotbar Textures

The hotbar background and slot textures can be modified using any image editor (like Paint.NET or GIMP). Look for files named widgets.png or similar GUI texture files that contain the hotbar elements. You can adjust the rainbow colors, change the saturation, or modify the overall brightness to suit your preference.

After editing, save your changes and reload your resource pack in-game. Go to Options > Resource Packs, select the pack, and ensure it's active. Restart your world or use F3+T to reload textures instantly.

Testing Your Changes

Open your inventory and hotbar to preview your customized colors. If colors don't appear as expected, check that you've saved the file in the correct format (PNG) and that the pack is properly enabled.
