Enable Chameleon Mode to Match Item Textures

What Chameleon Mode Does

Chameleon mode automatically samples the dominant color from an item's texture and uses that color for its outline. This creates a cohesive visual effect where the glow complements the item's appearance rather than clashing with it.

Activating Chameleon Mode

1. Open the mod configuration menu

2. Find the Outline Color or Color Mode section

3. Select Chameleon Mode from the available options

4. Close the menu—the change applies immediately

Walk around with different enchanted tools and weapons. You'll notice each item's outline now reflects its unique texture colors. A golden sword gets a warm glow, while an icy-blue enchanted pickaxe glows cool.

Switching Back

If Chameleon mode feels too varied, return to Custom Color Mode for a uniform look, or Rarity Tier Mode for a structured color system based on item power levels.
