Configure Nether and End Dimension Visuals

Access Dimension-Specific Settings

Open shader options and look for Dimension Settings, Custom Dimensions, or separate Nether and End tabs. LumaSky applies unique visual profiles to each dimension.

Customize Nether Appearance

Adjust settings such as:

  • Sky Color/Fog Tint: Change the reddish or orange atmosphere to match your preferred Nether aesthetic.
  • Light Intensity: The Nether's lava and glowing blocks can be brightened or dimmed relative to the Overworld.
  • Fog Density: Control how thick the Nether's haze appears, affecting visibility of distant terrain.

Customize End Dimension Visuals

Modify the End's appearance through:

  • Sky Darkness: Adjust how dark the void appears around the End's island.
  • Ambient Lighting: Control how much light naturally fills the End without light sources.
  • Particle/Star Effects: If available, enhance or reduce visual effects unique to the End.

Preview Changes

Travel to each dimension and observe how adjustments affect the overall mood and readability. The Nether should feel hot and hostile; the End should feel alien and vast. Fine-tune until each dimension has a distinct, immersive visual identity.
