Adjust Colored Lighting Intensity and Saturation
Access the Configuration Menu
Open the mod's settings through your client options or in-game configuration screen. Look for the Luma Light section in your mod settings menu.
Fine-Tune Light Colors
The mod generates colored light from block textures automatically, but you can control how intense these colors appear:
- Saturation slider: Increase to make colored light more vivid, decrease to make it more subtle and closer to vanilla lighting
- Brightness multiplier: Adjust how much luminous blocks contribute to overall scene brightness
- Color temperature: Modify how warm or cool the ambient lighting feels
Apply Changes to Specific Biomes
If certain biomes feel over-saturated or too dim, you can often adjust biome-specific lighting values. Check if your config allows per-biome tweaks for sky tint, fog color, and ambient light contribution.
Test Your Settings
Visit different biomes and times of day to see how your adjustments look. Night and day lighting changes dramatically—test both to ensure your settings feel balanced across all conditions.
