Reduce Fire Visibility While Fighting in Flames

Why Fire Blocks Your View

When you're caught in fire during combat, the default fire texture rises high on your screen, obscuring enemies and making it difficult to aim or see incoming attacks. This pack solves that problem by lowering the fire overlay.

How It Works

The Low Fire TXF Resource Pack modifies only the fire particle effect that appears when you take fire damage. It doesn't change fire blocks in the world—only what you see when you're actively burning.

Using It Effectively

1. Ensure the resource pack is enabled and ranked above any conflicting packs in your resource pack list

2. Take fire damage to see the reduced fire effect on your screen

3. Notice how much more of the screen is now visible compared to vanilla fire

4. Use this improved visibility to land hits, dodge attacks, or escape the fire source

The pack retains the original fire texture style, so it won't look out of place in your world. It's purely a quality-of-life improvement for combat situations where fire damage is a factor.
