Adjust Shader Intensity and Color Grading
Access Shader Settings
Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated shader settings key (usually accessed through your shader loader's menu). Look for Lost Tape Shaders in the active shader list and select its configuration panel.
Customize Visual Effects
Within the shader settings, you'll find sliders and toggles for:
- Tape effect intensity — Control how pronounced the analog distortion and grain appear on your screen
- Color saturation and tone — Adjust the eerie color palette to be warmer or cooler depending on your mood
- Shadow darkness — Modify how deep and realistic block shadows render
- Vignette strength — Control the darkened edges that frame your view
Apply and Test
After adjusting settings, apply changes and load into a world to see the effect in different lighting conditions. Caves will show the most dramatic shadow changes, while open areas reveal color grading differences. Return to settings and fine-tune until the atmosphere matches your desired spooky or nostalgic mood.
