Adding Custom Items Like Immersive Armors to Dungeon Chests

Why You Need a Source Table

Some mods add equipment but never ship a loot table, so there is nothing for Loot Integrations to copy from. In that case you point the integration at a vanilla table that already contains comparable gear, then let the mod's items be pulled in through that table. Alternatively, if the mod does provide its own table, use that directly as the source.

Setting Up the Entry

Open the Loot Integrations config and create a new integration. Set the target to the dungeon chest table you want to modify. Set the source to the loot table that contains the armor or items you want to appear. Set the amount so the injected rolls feel meaningful but not overwhelming — a small number keeps dungeons balanced while still making the gear findable. Save and close the file.

Verifying the Result

Restart or reload so the config takes effect, then loot a chest from the target structure. The new armor should be able to roll from that chest. If it does not appear, confirm the source table actually contains the item you expect by checking the mod's data files, and confirm the target table ID matches the structure you are testing. Adjust the amount upward if drops feel too rare, or downward if chests become overloaded.
