Generate Flat Terrain in the Nether and End Dimensions
Accessing Flat Dimensions
The Superflat Biome Extension world type applies to all three dimensions. When you enter the Nether or End from your flat Overworld, those dimensions also generate with flat terrain while maintaining their standard biome and feature distribution.
Nether Exploration
The Nether generates flat with its characteristic biomes—crimson forests, warped forests, and basalt deltas all appear on level ground. Lava pools and basalt pillars still spawn naturally on the flat surface. This makes navigation and base-building significantly easier than in standard Nether terrain.
End Dimension
The End maintains its flat generation, making it easier to navigate around the central island and establish outposts. The dragon arena and end cities remain functional.
Practical Benefits
Flat Nether terrain simplifies mining operations and base construction in dangerous environments. You can focus on combat and resource gathering rather than managing treacherous terrain. The same applies to End exploration—flat ground makes it safer to traverse while hunting for end cities and gathering resources.
